Refund Policy

1. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place, regardless of outcome, satisfaction, or next steps. The consultation fee covers professional time, preparation, and expertise.

 

If a client cancels a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours in advance, they may request either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, or failure to attend a scheduled consultation, are non-refundable.

 

2. Advocacy Services

Advocacy services are billed either as a flat fee or retainer, as agreed in writing prior to commencement of services.

  • Once advocacy services have begun, fees are non-refundable, as services involve time, strategy, communication, and professional effort that cannot be recovered.

  • If services are terminated by the client before work has commenced, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or preparation costs already incurred.

 

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered only at the sole discretion of the service provider in exceptional circumstances.

4. Provider Cancellations

If the service provider must cancel a consultation or is unable to provide agreed advocacy services, the client will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule services.

 

5. No Guarantees

Consultation and advocacy services provide professional guidance and support; however, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes beyond the scope of services provided.

 

6. Agreement to Policy

By booking and paying for consultation or advocacy services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
